This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard the data we collect from you through our website, Itoze.rw (the "Site"), and the services we offer (the "Services").

Driving schools and sales agents can register as ITOZE partners. Each partner has a referral code, and anyone who creates an account through that code is attributed to them. Partners earn a commission on the subscriptions those students buy.
If you signed up through a partner's link, that partner can see: your first name, whether your subscription is active, how ready you are for the test (a percentage), how many practice questions you have answered, and how many mock exams you have completed and passed. They can also see the date you joined.
They cannot see: your answers to any question, your exam papers, your PIN, your payment details, or which questions you got wrong. Your phone number and email address are hidden from them unless you choose to share them — that choice is off by default and you can change it at any time from your profile page.
We share this information so the school that enrolled you can help you where you are struggling. You are told which partner invited you, and what they will see, before your account is created. If you would rather not share your progress with anyone, create your account without using a partner's link. Attribution to a partner is recorded once, at signup, and is not changed afterwards; if you need it removed, contact us at admin@itoze.rw.
Partners are shown this information in aggregate and per student inside their own dashboard only. We do not sell student data, and we do not give partners any way to export or message students through ITOZE.
Safeguarding your information is a priority for us. While we implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, we acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure. We strive to use industry-standard practices, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
